If you get an error message during your SIM self-activation, your SIM card might be faulty.
You would need to request for delivery of a SIM replacement via:
- Logging in on the website (SIM card replacement)
- Logging in to the app (HQ > Other Stuff)
Pick the reason 'Faulty SIM' and then raise a ticket via ookyo App > HQ > Support to request for refund of the SIM replacement fee.
