The auto-renewal is to ensure that your plan remains active so you can enjoy all the unlimited internet and perks of being with ookyo. But you may stop the auto-renewal via your app (HQ > Click on your Nickname > Click on Terminate my Service).
Please note that if your plan isn't renewed:
- It'll go into Grace status for 50 days where you can only receive incoming calls and SMSs.
- You can then re-activate this account by making a manual payment (HQ > click on 'activate base plan' > redirected to Maxis Pay to pay).
- If you use the same card as you did upon registration, this will set up auto-renewal automatically.
- If you use a different card to make the manual payment, then your auto-renewal will not be set up. Kindly update your card on file (HQ > click on your Nickname > click on the pencil next to Credit/Debit Card) if you want to set up this new card for auto-renewal
If you do not re-activate your line within the 50 days Grace period, your line will be terminated. Any ookyo credit, Google Play Rewards, services, and your number will be forfeited.
*Note: Customers who selected NO to auto-renewal upon registration will not be able to set up auto-renewal at a later date.
