If your SIM has been stolen or lost, you can request a replacement SIM card in two ways:
- Logging in on the ookyo website and selecting 'SIM card replacement'
- Logging in to the app (HQ > Other Stuff > SIM replacement)
Please note that charges would apply.
If you need to block the service on a lost/stolen SIM, raise a ticket via the ookyo app to block the service. Do remember that you would need to request to unblock the service once you receive your replacement SIM.
