Unlimited Status must be OK for you to enjoy unlimited internet.
For Unlimited Status to be OK,
- 'VPN' = Active
- 'Mobile Internet' = Active
- 'Auto Login' = Active
Unlimited Status = KO if any of the requirements are 'Inactive'.
How to fix
- Mobile Network or Auto-login = Inactive
- in phone setting, make sure data is set to your ookyo SIM
- turn airplane mode on for 10 sec, then turn it off
- relaunch ookyo app
- VPN = Inactive
Close and relaunch the ookyo app. You'll be prompted to set up VPN. Please follow the steps.
