You need to be present with your IC for identification purposes during SIM card delivery.
Our delivery partner reserves the right to refuse delivery of your SIM card if your IC number does not match the one on your ookyo order.
If you notice that your IC number does not match the one in your ookyo order, you would need to:
- Go to the ookyo app and raise a ticket at HQ > Support > Raise A Ticket
- Place a new order with the correct IC number.
